Sabria Biberaj has over twenty years of experience in Government contract accounting with an emphasis in accounting software selection, system optimization, processes improvements, and personnel assignments. Sabria works extensively in issues involving indirect rate structures and compliance with the FAR cost principles.
Ms. Biberaj provides assistance in a broad range of areas, including incurred cost submissions, accounting operations, internal controls, and DCAA audit support. She works with clients to resolve issues involving FAR, CAS, and the FTR/JTR.
Sabria has been a continuing education instructor, teaching courses for the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) and other professional organizations. Her courses have included accounting systems selection, indirect cost strategies, introduction to federal contracting, pre- & post-award accounting systems reviews, and financial polices & procedures.

Mr. Hoffman has over thirty years of practical experience in accounting, contract administration, and financial management for government contracts, with a focus on the government procurement regulations and project accounting.
Mark provides consulting services to private enterprises and not-for profit organizations receiving funding from federal agencies. He specializes in cost accounting, business strategies, budgeting, proposal pricing, contract administration, government audits, and compliance with FAR, DFAR, CAS, SBA, OMB Circulars, and other procurement regulations. Mr. Hoffman has been a management consultant for over twenty years, including ten years at a “Big Four” CPA firm. Mark has worked both domestically and overseas, with clients ranging in size from start-ups to the very largest federal contractors.
Mark is a frequent continuing education instructor, and has taught courses for the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA), Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Fairfax Chamber of Commerce (FCC), and other professional organizations. His courses have included FAR compliance, contract pricing, DCAA audits, financial management, overseas contracting, contract administration, accounting systems, contract types, performance benchmarking, and indirect rate strategies.

Mr. Hoffman has over three years experience in providing consulting services to government contractors, with an emphasis in financial modeling for proposals, budgets, and indirect rate calculations.
Nicholas Hoffman works on incurred cost submissions, indirect rate projections, accounting analyses, and financial modeling. He has been an integral member of contract cost/price proposal teams for contract awards ranging from small task orders to highly competitive, multimillion dollar procurements. Nicholas also supports clients who require additional staff resources for routine contract administration or cost accounting duties.
Nicholas is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, with a BA in Psychology and a BA in Criminal Justice.

Mr. Rodney works with our government contractor clients, performing financial modeling and accounting data verification and analysis.
Brian Rodney is the newest member of the CostTrend Consulting team. Brian has been trained in the principles of cost accounting and supports our contractor clients’ incurred cost submissions, indirect rate projections, financial budgets, cost and pricing proposals, and analyses of accounting records for compliance with the FAR cost principles and travel regulations. Brian works closely with client staff on complex and voluminous modeling and data analysis projects.
Brian is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a BS in Business Management; with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology.
